[FOSDEM 2009] XUL communities building

Hi XUL hackers !
During this year FOSDEM, as a side goal, I would like to talk about how to build XUL communities. A discussion will take place Saturday, between 5pm and 7pm, in a dedicated room (AW1.105). Please see http://fosdem.org/2009/schedule/eve....
I would love to see European XUL communities expand and promote the wonderful world of XUL and addons in our countries and I'm pretty sure you would too !
Here are my questions to you:
- How can we improve interaction between communities?
- What can we share amongst each other ? Servers ? Tools ? Experiences ?
- Mozilla Add-Ons Workshops have already taken place in France and Spain and another one is scheduled end of March in Germany. Could we organize one in an other country ? Which one ?
- Some of you do not have a community portal. Can Mozilla help you to create one ? If so, how does it make sense ?
XUL developers from France, Spain, Germany, Italy and from Netherlands will be present.
If you're interested in taking part a meeting to discuss this at FOSDEM (I hope you are!) I strongly encourage you to join us on Saturday between 5pm & 7pm in AW1.105 room (details).
I'm really excited to meet you all in Brussels!

This looks like it will be a great discussion and I'm sorry that I won't be there. If you get a chance, please tell people about the Powered by Mozilla logo and ask people to add their applications to the Mozilla-based list on MDC.

There's also a couple questions I would ask people if I was there:
Would adding location information to the Mozilla-based apps list make it easier for XUL groups to organize where ever there are groups of people near by?
What can we do to get people to tell us about how they're using XUL and other Mozilla technologies? We suspect there's a bunch of dark matter projects out there, but we won't know about them unless they approach us.
Works for me David.I will talk about that.
i have an XUL project that is almost in production now, (CRM and documant archiving system). I faced a lot of challenges, too long to talk about here. i am glad to be of any help ( demo ? ), etc...
